Support

How can we help?

Report a problem, appeal a moderation decision, or check on something you already sent. Every request gets a reference number.

Checking status...

Submit a request

Bugs, account problems or general questions. We reply by email, usually within a few working days. Safety and security issues go first.

Appeal a moderation decision

If you think a moderation action was a mistake, tell us what happened. We check it against the recorded evidence and reverse it if it was wrong.

Check on a request

Enter the reference we gave you (it starts with T- for requests or A- for appeals) and the email you used.

Common questions

How fast will I hear back?
We're a small team, so replies usually take a few working days and we can't promise an exact time. Anything about safety or security jumps the queue.
A Waguri or Anime Hideout timeout or ban was a mistake. What now?
Use the appeal form. Every automated action is logged with the reasoning and evidence behind it, so we can see exactly what happened and undo it if it was wrong. Include your username or ID and roughly when it happened.
How do I check on something I already sent?
Use Check status with the reference from your confirmation (it looks like T-9F3A2C) and the email you used. No account needed.
Can I pay for Waguri right now?
Not at the moment. Payments are down, so plans are paused and every server gets unlimited usage for free until they're back. If you were charged for something you think you shouldn't have been, send a request under Billing.
Can I request a feature?
Yes. Send a request under Feature request and describe the problem you're trying to solve, not just the feature you have in mind. It helps us build the right thing.
Is what I send here safe?
It goes to our own support and mail systems on servers we run. Please never include passwords or full card numbers; we will never ask for them. If something is sensitive, say so and we'll arrange a safer way to talk.
Can I just email a person?
Of course. Write to [email protected]. Requests are easier for us to track, but email works fine.
