Hosting Subscription Terms
These terms govern Amanaric's managed hosting subscriptions: the Static, Starter, Pro, and Business plans, and any add-ons. By subscribing, you agree to them.
If you only read one thing: we host your app on shared infrastructure we run ourselves, we bill monthly through Stripe, we monitor uptime and publish a status page, and you are responsible for keeping your own backups. You can cancel anytime.

1. Who we are
The hosting service is operated by Amanaric ("we", "us", "our"), an independent software studio. You ("you", "your", the "customer") are the person or organization that subscribes to a plan. Company registration is in progress as noted above.
2. The service
We host your website or application on infrastructure we operate, and provide a management panel to deploy and run it. Depending on your plan, the service may include static site hosting, application compute, an SQL database, storage, free SSL certificates, custom domain support, and a management panel with deploys, environment variables, logs, metrics, restarts, and a database browser.
Every plan includes uptime monitoring and a public status page at no extra cost. The exact resources, limits, and features of your plan are those described on our services page at the time you subscribe.
3. Plans, capacity & availability
- Shared capacity. The Static, Starter, and Pro plans draw storage from a single shared pool of capacity. When that pool is full, new signups are not accepted and instead join a waitlist; we contact waitlisted customers as capacity frees up, in order.
- Business plan. The Business plan runs in an isolated container instance and is offered in strictly limited quantity. When the available slot is taken, the plan shows as "Sold out" until a slot opens.
- Shared environment. Except where a plan explicitly provides an isolated instance, your app runs on shared compute alongside other customers, subject to fair-use resource limits. We may throttle or pause workloads that materially degrade the shared environment for others.
- We do not guarantee that any particular plan or capacity will be available to you at any given time.
4. Fees, billing & renewal
- Payment. Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them.
- Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. By subscribing you authorize the recurring charge.
- Taxes. Prices are exclusive of any taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply.
- Price changes. We may change plan prices or add-on prices. We will give you reasonable advance notice by email before a change affects your renewal, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
- Refunds. Monthly fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period. See the disclaimers below regarding downtime.
- Failed payments. If a charge fails, we may retry it and, after a reasonable period, suspend or terminate the service.
5. Uptime, monitoring & support
We take uptime seriously and design our infrastructure to stay available. To be clear about what we do and do not promise on these plans:
- Monitoring is included. Every plan comes with uptime monitoring and a public status page so you can see the health of your service.
- No contractual uptime SLA. These subscription plans do not come with a guaranteed uptime percentage or guaranteed response or resolution times. Uptime figures we publish are targets and historical performance, not a binding commitment.
- Support is best-effort. Higher plans receive a faster position in the support queue, which improves how quickly we are likely to get to your request. This is a queue-priority benefit, not a guaranteed response time.
- No automatic downtime refunds. Because these plans carry no uptime SLA, downtime does not automatically entitle you to a refund or credit. We may, at our sole discretion, offer a service credit as a goodwill gesture in exceptional cases.
If you need a contractual uptime guarantee, contact us at [email protected] to discuss a custom arrangement.
6. Backups & data durability
- We may keep operational snapshots for our own recovery purposes, but we do not guarantee that any backup exists, is current, is recoverable, or can be restored for you.
- Do not rely on us as your only copy of anything important. Keep independent, off-platform backups.
- Where you have purchased an object-storage or database add-on, the same principle applies unless we have agreed a specific backup arrangement in writing.
7. Your content & responsibilities
- You own your content. You retain all rights to the code, data, and content you host with us. We claim no ownership of it. You grant us only the limited license needed to store, process, transmit, and display it in order to run the service for you.
- You are responsible for your app. That includes its code, security, licensing, the lawfulness of its content, and compliance with any laws that apply to what you do with it, including privacy and data-protection obligations to your own users.
- Credentials. Keep your panel and account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service, or allow it to be used, to host, store, transmit, or facilitate any of the following. This list is not exhaustive; the spirit is "nothing illegal, abusive, or that endangers the platform or other customers."
- Content that is illegal where you or your users are located, including child sexual abuse material (which we report to the authorities), content that incites violence, or content that infringes others' intellectual property.
- Malware, ransomware, botnet command-and-control, phishing, or credential-harvesting.
- Unsolicited bulk email or other spam, or infrastructure that supports it.
- Denial-of-service activity, port scanning, or attempts to breach the security of any system, ours or anyone else's.
- Cryptocurrency mining, or other deliberately resource-abusive workloads, except where we have agreed to it in writing.
- Anything that materially degrades the shared environment, evades resource limits, or interferes with other customers.
We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement. Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
9. Add-ons & extra work
- Add-ons (such as cron tasks, object storage, cache instances, extra domains, or a managed-maintenance retainer) are billed alongside your plan at the prices shown at signup and are subject to these terms.
- Managed maintenance. A managed-maintenance retainer includes a set number of hours per month. Work beyond the included hours, and any work outside your plan or add-ons, is billed at $60 per hour, agreed with you before we start.
- Custom application development is governed by our separate Custom Project Agreement, not by these hosting terms.
10. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your service if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, use the service in a way that endangers the platform or others, or where we are required to by law. Where practical and not urgent, we will give you notice and a chance to fix the problem first. We may also discontinue a plan or the service as a whole with reasonable advance notice.
11. Cancellation & data deletion
- You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your service continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Grace period. After your paid period ends (or after termination for non-payment), we keep your data for a short grace period so you can reactivate or export it. We will aim to make that period at least 14 days, but do not treat it as a guaranteed archive.
- Deletion. After the grace period, your app, databases, and stored files may be permanently deleted and are not recoverable. Export anything you need before you cancel. See the backups section above.
12. Maintenance & changes
We perform maintenance to keep the platform secure and reliable, and will try to schedule disruptive maintenance sensibly and announce it on the status page. We may change, add, or remove platform features over time; we will not make a change we know to be materially adverse to your plan without reasonable notice where we can give it.
13. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms, including claims brought by your own users or by third parties.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will give reasonable notice by email or through the service before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
