We're a small, unusually vertical team, and we're hiring. If you want to own real problems from the kernel to the customer instead of a thin slice of someone else's, you'll fit right in.
You'll own features and services end to end, ship them to production, and keep them running. No handoffs to a team that never reads your code.
An operating system, DLSS graphics, AI at scale. We take on things most small teams won't, and we finish them.
Tiny team, short path from idea to production. What you build ships to real users, not a backlog.
Titles matter less than what you can build. If one of these is close, reach out even if you don't tick every box.
LLM and vision pipelines, inference cost and reliability, voice, and the dashboards around them. Comfortable across model wiring, backend, and a bit of frontend.
Low-level work: operating-system internals, languages and tooling, or GPU and graphics. You like C, memory, and the parts of the machine most people avoid.
Ship product: Next.js and React front to back, auth, billing, and the APIs behind them, with an eye for design and detail.
Keep it alive: nginx, Postgres, self-hosted services, monitoring, backups, and the boring discipline that keeps 24/7 products up.
Roles are flexible on level and can be full-time or contract. Remote-friendly.
